  p. 3 -Research Tells why some shampoos are better and why people buy them; gives Operational Definitions for viscocity, foam height, pH and why these are relevent to the testing.   Missing explanation; missing definitions; shows little research; lack of foundation for audience  
  P. 4 - Hypothesis Write an if/then statement comparing the information your in your question.   not in format; doesn't follow Problem;
