Student Grades and HAC access

A few notes about getting your grades:

If there is no grade entered for an assignment, it may mean that they are still in the process of being graded and entered.

If a student is absent the assignment will eventually be entered with a zero. This will be changed as soon as the makeup is finished.

Remember that assignments can be made up through the end of Unit or chapter.

Grades are generally entered about once a week. Usually not for a few days after the assignment is turned in and graded.  This gives time for those who were absent or needed to make corrections to get the assignment in.

IF a student receives an "INC" or Incomplete or Redo on their paper, they have left material blank or not completed enough of it for me to know that they understood the material.  It will go on the computer as a zero, however, as soon as it is corrected/finished/redone the grade will be corrected on the computer.
