Star of the Week

Dear Parent(s):

 

Each week we are featuring one of our classmates as our Star Student of the Week.  This is one way our students can get to know each other.  Our Star will share his/her life with their friends and put his/her pictures up on our Student of the Week Board.  Students will be chosen according to Birthdays starting with September Birthdays.   When your child is chosen I will send home a paper on the Friday before the week they are Star so you can gather some family pictures, favorite snapshots, awards, ribbons, etc…  Also I will send home a list of questions for you to answer so you can fill in our Student of Week Board.

        You, as parents, can help.  In fact, I encourage you to help with this activity, as it is an opportunity for you to take an active part in your child's school experience.  It will also give the rest of us a chance to learn more about each other.
